Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a team of developers to support and grow NASCENT products.
- Designing and leading implementation of .NET (VB.NET & C#) applications and specialized solutions.
- Provide input and feedback on topics of architecture design code and support the business process.
- Defines specifications and/or modifies complex software applications.
- Interact with team and customer stakeholders.
- Write technical documentation based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform responsibilities of managing team member time off requests and annual reviews.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with: VB.NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Passionate, excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Takes ownership and initiative on team’s products and projects.
- Balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of basic system and network administration tasks
- Experience with communicating with stakeholders to convert software requirements into step to build technical solutions.
