| Job Description:
NASCENT Technology, LLC. (NASCENT) is seeking a Mid-level, talented .NET software developer to Integrate cross platform application to Linux based IoT device. The candidate will be a key member of an Agile development team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining commercial software applications that automate the gating operations for some of the busiest and largest seaports, railways, and commercial distribution centers in the world.

Responsibilities
- Successful candidate should be responsible, motivated, and a self-starter who is self-directed on their assigned Agile team.
- Develop new and support existing functionality within our existing software suite of products and systems.
- Develop new services in our future software suite of products.
- Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team in a Lean continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/DI), agile development.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Degree from a two or four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 3 (+) years’ experience with C#/.NET/NET Core 3.0
- 1 (+) years’ experience with SQL
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft .NET Framework, including Visual Studio, C#
- Experience working with TCP/IP socket communications
- Understanding software development lifecycle, (SDLC) best practices.
- Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business logic layer, Data access layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Candidate must be an effective verbal and written communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing business needs with a solid commitment to quality, performance, and support.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Working Experience with C++ in Linux
- Ability to develop cross platform application with ARM64 and familiarity with Linux devices
- Prior Experience with cross platform app development framework like React Native/Xamarin/Flutter/Node.JS
- Experience working with ARM 64-bit or 32-bit
- Experience working with REST APIs and gRPC
Education and Experience
- Degree from a two or four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, collaborative environment
- Open to direction and collaborative work style with a commitment to get the job done
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
- Development experience with cross platform applications and deploying to Linux devices is preferred
